A1 The price of our products is calculated based on the specific design, material, and purchase volume. A rough quote will be
estimated from the picture provided, and we will offer you an accurate price after sample production.
Q2 Can you make my custom design?
A2 Sure. We have a talented team of designers specializing in development which helps to carry out your ideas into perfect shape.
You can send us your design in PDF or Core Draw if you have one. And if you don`t have one, it`s ok that you send us high solution
images, your logo and text , tell us how you would like them to be arranged. We will send you files for confirmation during the
process.
Q3 What are your payment terms?
A3 Our terms of payment are T/T 50% deposit before production and 50% balance
on delivery.
Q4 How long can I expect to get a sample?
A4 When you finish the payment for your expected samples, make sure you send us your confirmed files. Samples will be ready for
delivery within 2 weeks. It will take the delivery 7 days to arrive, depending on express.
